• GrabChoice does not commit any guarantee or warranty against any product, if you will find any products with warranty or guarantee on our website it will be covered by the manufacturer(in this case please visit your nearest company authorized service center or call their Customer Support).
• Our website is only a platform through which Users can reach a larger base to buy, if any defaulter profile found by us, We hold rights restrict your activity/ remove your information or profile.
• GrabChoice does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
• Please note that if you do not give your real name to GrabChoice, and found through your web browser unique address to us, then it can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you.
• GrabChoice always ready to help buyers who have been defrauded by sellers on our website. If any buyer has made a payment for an item and never received the same or has received an item that looks lower in value as compared to what was described, the buyer can seek protection through GrabChoice. For this purpose, the buyer needs to contact our customer care executive.
• If GrabChoice finds any suspicion, that any of its members are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, and then GrabChoice have rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such member/ may also at its own discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id of registered member.
• In case of delays in dispatch by the seller after a committed period, GrabChoice offers you an option to cancel that order by contacting customer care and your payment will be refunded to your wallet/original mode of payment.
• We promise our customers the best online shopping experience with us. • Our Services are not available for minors (Age 16 & below) and or to any Users suspended or removed by GrabChoice.
• Buyers/sellers have to ensure that information provided by you is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
• The buyer shall not use any link/ deep-link, robot, spider or other automatic devices, program or any similar or equivalent manual process.
• You also undertake not to:-

• Buyers agree and acknowledge that GrabChoice is only providing services for the purchase of the products to you.
• The Terms of Use will continue to apply until terminated by either you or GrabChoice. If you want to terminate your account with GrabChoice, You may do so by not accessing our Website.
• Buyers agree to receive communications by way of SMS, Emails from GrabChoice relating to Services provided through our Website.
• Feedback provided by you shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we have the right to display at our testimonial.
• Please do not share your contact information with the merchant for your protection, always contact the merchant through GrabChoice customer care.

    Product previews can only be given twice and after two previews if you are not satisfied, preview charges will be added i.e 50 rupees /preview.

    Once the image that is given from your side to add in the product is submitted it would be considered as a final image and hence cannot be changed. The demand for image changes after seeing preview is not accepted.  If we feel the image quality is not up to the mark or if there is any other kind of error we will contact the customer directly from our side.

COVID-19 T&C

•If your zone is marked as Containment Zone or Red Zone after placing your order.*

 1. In that case contact us immediately. If your order is yet to be print/pack/prepare we will initiate full refund to you

 2. If your order is already printed/packed/prepared we will hold your order and dispatch it after resuming services at your location.

 3. If your order is shipped from our facility, our carrier partner will put your order on hold and make sure to deliver it as soon as possible once services are resume.(this may take longer delivery time than expected)

 4. By placing your order with us you are agreed to our T&C and above points.

*Same conditions apply if our facility is came under Containment Zone or Red Zone.
