Shipping And Return Policy


    Shipping will be done within 3* working days of the order places and it will be delivered within 6-7* working days. For Personalized products, the design will be ready within 48 working hours, and once approved it will be processed and ship within 6-10 days.

GRABCHOICE provides free shipping on all orders.

We process all deliveries through renowned third-party courier services. It will take 4-10 days to deliver your product to your doorstep. You can ask the estimated delivery date for your destination pin code before placing your order.


Why COD option not available at your Pin code?

        Availability for COD depends on our courier partners. Also, remember the COD option is not available on a personalized product at any Pin code.



Shipping And Delivery


  • A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
    Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order,so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.

  • The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
  • All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
  • Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.
  • In case you have provided a wrong pin-code while filling in information details during checkout refund while not be generated. Make sure to check all your details carefully before checkout.
  • The date of delivery is an estimate, as products are shipped using the services of our courier partners.
  • Your order may be delivered on, before or after the expected delivery date (depending on weather conditions and complexity of location).
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays, National Holidays, Lock-down or at Situation which is beyond our control.
  • Our courier partners don’t call or text before delivering an order, so make sure to provide an address at which someone is sure to be present to receive the package.
    Once the order is shipped the delivery cannot be redirected to any other addresses.
  • All orders are carefully packed and handed to our courier partners (shipped) from our warehouse.
    Soon after the order is dispatched from our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can easily trace your order.

  • In-case of Bulk order, place your order 15-20 day before required date (for processing and shipping +extra 4-5days for delivery)
  • In case of festivals, your order may take up to 10-15 days to deliver, as in many states the holidays are for 4-5 days. Your gift maybe delivered prior to or after the chosen/estimate date of delivery.
  • Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

    • Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
    • We do not accept Exchange/Return/Refund/Cancellation for International Orders. Before placing your order please contact us through WhatsApp.
    • We clearly mention that we offer free shipping in India only, still if you placed the order you have to provide us Indian address or we will add you amount to the credit account so you can use it any time (no minimum transition limit)*.
    • Delivery charges will be extra for International address. It's depends on product and your Country.
    • Products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered a day prior or after the chosen date of delivery.

    • Incase of In-Transit Damage we will only refund product charges not shipping charges. We ensure best possible packaging for every orders.

    Return/Refund/Replacement Policy

     

    Q1: What is Return policy?

            At GRABCHOICE®, we help our customers as far as possible; therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy. And we are making your shopping experience as delightful as possible. In a rare event, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, and you can return it to us; get in touch with us within 24hrs. Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product and seller. We assure you that all products sold on GRABCHOICE® are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Returns policy help you as far as possible. You can ask for Replacement, Exchange, Return or Refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.


     Q2: Which Products/Orders are not eligible to Return, Refund, and Exchange?

           A. Products made just for you such as Personalized / Custom products, Cosmetics, Perfumes & Deodorants or any Hygiene related products are not eligible to Return, Refund, and Exchange. You can ask for Replacement if you received your product in 'Damaged', 'Defective' condition(Required To Submit Proof Of Damage/Defect Within 24hrs Of Delivery).

            We suggest buyers to take Video at the time of opening the original packing to avail any kind of In-transit damage refund.

           B. Incase of handmade products if customer received product with minor(less than 15% of total work) displacement of Stone(s), Flowers(s), Stickers(s), Cards(s), etc. will not considered as damage. Still if customer need replacement shipping charges has to be paid by buyer(in this "Q2-B." Situation only).

           C. International Orders are not eligible for any Exchange/Return/Refund/Cancellation.

            D. Mug, T-shirt, Pillow/Cushion, Name Engraved Pen, Keyring or any product which is printed and available across the platform. 

    Replacement

            A.  If you have received your product in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request for replacement at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. If you have ordered multiple items, you can replace part order. The free gift if any needs to be returned as it was received in their original form of packing.

            B. International Orders are not eligible for any Replacement.


     Q3: When are returns not possible?

            A. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns  - Return request is made outside the specified time span (7 days from delivery) - Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it, anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories, etc(If any) - Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty - Any consumable item which has been used or installed - Products with tampered or missing / broken seal or serial numbers - Custom, Personalized, or Handmade products - Fragile items, hygiene-related items.

            B. For International Orders returns are not possible.

    Exchange

            If you are not satisfied with the item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different product (cost must be same or higher than the product exchanged). All this again at no extra cost to you. Be sure to check the Seller's Return Policy when buying or before requesting a return for exchange. (Personalized Products and International Orders  are not eligible for exchange) Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund as a coupon*(with validity of 45 days). If you have ordered multiple items, you can exchange part order. The free gift if any needs to be returned as it was received in their original form of packing.


    Q4: How do I cancel an order?

        A. If you have placed an order for personalized product you can cancel you order only within 2hours or before the order status changed to Processing(which ever is earlier). 

        B.  You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.

     

    Q5: How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
            Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us up to 48 business hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the canceled items back from the courier partner. In case of sellers with GrabChoice Advantage, the refund mode will be GrabChoice Virtual Wallet (as coupon code).  However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by GrabChoice

     

    Q6: What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
            In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are two modes of refund:

     

    GRABCHOICE® Wallet

            - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your GRABCHOICE Wallet within 24 hours. This applies for sellers with  Advantage.

     

    Back to Source

            - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

     


    COD orders

            - For all COD orders, refunds will be credited in your GRABCHOICE Wallet or as a coupon code.

     

    When Refund is not possible?

        GRABCHOICE is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any "Couriered" order in the following cases:

        1. If the complaint is made after 10 days of the delivery date.

        2. If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.

        3. Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery.

        4. If consignee is not attending the calls from delivery personal.

        5. Delivery attempt failed due to short address or consignee not available.

        6. If the recipient refuses to accept the product.

        7. Incase of In-Transit Damage we will only refund product charges not shipping charges. We ensure best possible packaging for every order.

        8. Placed an International order without get in touch with us.


     Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, GRABCHOICE will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund.(Ref. Q6).
